PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a rotational speed of a rotary machine of which the rotational speed changes by utilizing a vibration signal of the rotary machine.SOLUTION: A frequency analysis unit 2 performs a frequency analysis of a signal of a vibration acceleration sensor 108 installed in the rotary machine to obtain an FFT waveform. A rotational speed estimation unit 3 presets a frequency band B where a peak spectrum of real number multiples N of a rotational frequency of the rotary machine is observed, and extracts a peak spectrum frequency S within the frequency band B from a result of a frequency analysis by the frequency analysis unit 2. Then, the extracted peak spectrum frequency S is divided by the real number multiples N to calculate a rotational frequency fr, and calculates an estimated rotational speed of the rotary machine. |
