PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a thin film solar cell with high photoelectric conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: The thin film solar cell 100 includes a metal layer 11 arranged in contact with a front surface transparent electrode layer 9 and having a pattern on which a light-transmitting region for transmitting light to a photoelectric conversion layer 8 is formed. The metal layer 11 reduces electrical resistance to a collecting hole 1 in the front surface transparent electrode layer 9, and improves photoelectric conversion efficiency. The photoelectric conversion layer and connection wiring layer are divided to form some unit photoelectric conversion parts 120 and some unit connection wiring parts 140, respectively. The unit photoelectric conversion parts 120 are connected in series to each other through a through-hole and connection hole. |
