PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic welding method of a conductor capable of suppressing occurrence of loosening and occurrence of strength shortage of welding, when the terminals of a plurality of electric wires are ultrasonic-welded.SOLUTION: In the electric wire arrangement process, a plurality of electric wires are arranged according to a prescribed arrangement. In a conductor movement process, the conductors 2 are pressed to a prescribed direction by a grinding jaw 12 to change the relative positions of the conductors 2. In a first ultrasonic-welding process, ultrasonic-welding is carried out to the conductors 2 in a condition pressed by the grinding jaw 12. In a second ultrasonic-welding process, pressing by the grinding jaw 12 is released and ultrasonic-welding is carried out to the conductors 2.
