METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ANALYSING MOLECULAR BONDS

A scanning force microscope (1) is used for a measurement process in order to analyse the molecular bond to a probe molecule (5) of individual molecules which are in a solution. To this end, the bond parameters can be determined for the adsorbed state of the probe molecule (5), wherein the probe molecule (5) is adsorbed on an adsorption surface (7), or for a desorbed state of the probe molecule (5).
