<p>A method and a system for querying resources in the roaming scenario are disclosed. The method includes: before the terminal switches, a Mobility Management and Control Function (MMCF) entity sends available resource querying messages to a Resource and Admission Functions (RACF) entity, and after receiving the available resource querying messages, the RACF checks whether the resources of one or more candidate access networks are available or not, and returns the available resource querying responding messages with the resource check result to the MMCF, the resource check result carries the available time of the resources. Because of obtaining the available time of the resources, the method improves the accuracy of the querying and avoids the failure of the user switching.</p> |
