PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a small occupation volume and reduction in cost, and to suppress harmonics in a wide frequency band with sufficient attenuation while minimizing insertion loss, without using a waffle iron type filter or the like having a high-order mode suppression function.SOLUTION: In the non-waveguide line/waveguide transformer where a probe 14 is formed by extending the front end of a microwave strip line 13 to the area on a dielectric substrate 12 and the probe 14 is inserted to the internal side from the H-plane of a waveguide 1, open stubs 16a, 16b of the length of λ/4 satisfying the grounding condition of the predetermined suppression frequency are provided at the locations near the H-plane of the waveguide, of the probe 14. Moreover, the part except the area where the probe 14 and open stubs 16a, 16b are formed may be cut away from the dielectric substrate. Moreover, when a coaxial line is used, a similar open stub may be provided for the front end probe of the center conductor. |
