PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To learn efficiently a parameter included in a simulation model of a battery.SOLUTION: This battery internal state estimation device for estimating the internal state of the battery based on the simulation model of the battery has: a storage means (RAM 10c) for storing a plurality of parameters included in the simulation model; a detection means (I/F10d) for detecting a discharge current flowing into a load from the battery; a selection means (CPU10a) for selecting a parameter which is an object for adaptive learning corresponding to a value of the discharge current detected by the detection means; and an adaptive learning means (CPU10a) for performing adaptive learning to the parameter selected by the selection means.
