PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a calibration time of a time division duplex (TDD) multiple input multiple output (MIMO) system.SOLUTION: The method includes: determining any one of a base station and a user terminal as a calibration side; determining the other as a second side; providing M pieces of antennas (M>1) at the calibration side; providing N pieces of antennas (N>1) at the second size; performing channel estimation for all links from the calibration side to the second side and performing channel estimation for all links from the second side to the calibration side; reporting, from the second side to the calibration side, estimated information of all the links from an antenna I, which is one of the antennas at the calibration side, to the second side; performing auto-calibration for the M pieces of antennas at the calibration side to obtain an auto-adjustment coefficient; and determining, at the calibration side, a calibration coefficient on the basis of the auto-adjustment coefficient and the information of all the links from the antenna I to the second side reported from the second side. |
