PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive transmission device which includes a rotational motion conversion mechanism and a driving unit, and stably converts the rotational drive to a motion in a direction perpendicular to a rotary shaft over a lapse of time, even when the shaft member of the rotational motion conversion mechanism is distorted, and to provide a fixing device including the drive transmission device, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: The drive transmission device 300 includes: a contact/separation mechanism 200 configured to convert the rotational motion of the camshaft 13 rotatably supported by the body frame 11 to the motion in a direction perpendicular to the camshaft 13; and the driving unit 210 configured to transmit the rotational drive from an output shaft coupling 6 to an input shaft coupling 8 of the camshaft 13. The driving unit 210 is held through an elastic joint member 12 with a degree of freedom with respect to the body frame 11 so that the driving unit 210 may displace in association with the input shaft coupling 8 when the position of the input shaft coupling 8 is displaced with respect to the body frame 11. |
