PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device, a display method and a display program which improve operability of the display device using a touch panel.SOLUTION: The display device 1 includes: a liquid crystal panel 11; the touch panel 12 arranged on the front surface of the liquid crystal panel 11; a proximity sensor 13 for detecting that a finger of a user has come close to the touch panel 12 and detecting the proximity position of the finger of the user with respect to the touch panel; and a display controller 20 for controlling the display position of an operation button on the liquid crystal panel 11, based on the proximity position of the finger of the user, which is detected by the proximity sensor 13, when the proximity sensor 13 detects that the finger of the user has come close to the touch panel 12.
