PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data distribution technology for solving a security problem and traffic increase, and enabling management of each MFP, settings from each MFP and PC, and integrated management of data.SOLUTION: A data distribution system has terminal devices (MFPs 220a, 220b, PC 230), a centralized information management apparatus 210 for managing the terminal devices, and a center 100. The centralized information management apparatus 210 is equipped with: a means 210b for managing the terminal devices and receiving requests( designations of distribution time, distribution contents and terminal devices) therefrom; a means 210c for preserving received requests; a means 210a for transmitting a request to the center; a means 210d for receiving data transmitted by the center; a means 210e for preserving the received data; and a data distribution means 210f for distributing the preserved data based on the request. |
