PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-voltage power supply apparatus which performs a soft start at a high voltage so as to solve the problem.SOLUTION: The high-voltage power supply apparatus is disclosed. The high-voltage power supply apparatus includes a soft start circuit to output a natural voltage which decreases exponentially as time passes when an enabling signal is applied and to convert the natural voltage into a forced voltage whose magnitude has been set in advance, a controller to output a control signal by comparing the output voltage with a reference voltage, and a converter to output a final voltage whose magnitude increases gradually as time passes after output of the final voltage is delayed during time set in advance according to the control signal. Thus, the soft start is performed at the high voltage saving an expense with a comparatively simple configuration. |
