<p>Disclosed is a gas emission right point trade support system capable of widely disseminating the concept of an emission right among general consumers. The disclosed gas emission right point trade support system (1) is provided with a toll booth terminal (2) provided at each toll booth of an expressway, a management server (3) capable of communication with the toll booth terminal (2) of each toll booth via the Internet (23), an authentication terminal (4) used by an emission right authentication agency, a store terminal (5) used by a store, and a registration terminal (6) used by an emission right registration agency. The management server (3) comprises a carbon dioxide emission right point crediting means (13) for crediting carbon dioxide emission right points to information related to a carbon dioxide emission right. The store terminal (5) comprises a product service value amount information transmission means (21) which, when receiving carbon dioxide emission right points from an IC card (7) possessed by an electric vehicle user, transmits information related to the value amount of a product service that has been provided to the electric vehicle user to the management server (3).</p> |
