PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner dispersing member which sets toner, to be replenished from a toner storage container, to a dispersed state by simple structure, and which is free from a possibility of fallen bristles and breakage or the like, and to provide a toner dispersing mechanism provided with the toner dispersing member.SOLUTION: In a toner dispersing member 47, dispersing protrusions 47b are formed, by forming a large number of cuts 53 on one side in the longitudinal direction of a ribbon-like film member 51 and spirally winding the film member 51 along an outer peripheral surface of a rotary shaft 47a by directing the cuts 53 outward to be fixed. |
