PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an proper expression extraction device, an proper expression extraction method, and an proper expression extraction program which allow correct and fine classification of proper expressions.SOLUTION: The proper expression extraction device includes: a text analysis part 1100 which receives a text to output morphemes, modification analysis results, and proper expressions; a topic extraction part 1210 which receives the morphemes and the proper expressions to extract topics; a sentence structure extraction part 1220 which receives the modification analysis results to output a sentence structure; a class determination part 1230 which determines and outputs proper expression classes; a thesaurus 1240; a character string-proper expression class pair database 1250; a label score calculation part 1300 which receives the topics, the sentence structure, and the proper expression classes to output label scores; a label determination model 1310 for use in label score calculation per label; a label determination part 1400 which determines labels from maximum label score values; and an output part 1500 which outputs pairs of the determined labels and the named entities.
