The protective film 5 includes: a first inorganic layer 5a which is installed on the organic light-emitting element 4 and covers the organic light-emitting element 4; a flexible layer 5b which is installed on the first inorganic layer 5a, contains an organic polymer and has flexibility; and a second inorganic layer 5c which is installed on the flexible layer 5b and covers the flexible layer 5b.
