PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony having a metal frame, having good drainage by forming a new gradient of the floor surface thereof.SOLUTION: This balcony has a floor surface 3 where a floor gradient U1 is formed to gradually decrease in height from the rear end corner part D1 at one side gable part as it goes toward the front end corner part D4 at the other side gable part. Thus, the floor gradient U1 causes rainwater on the surface of the floor surface 3 to flow toward the front end corner part D4 to thereby achieve a configuration where rainwater can be collected at one portion. Thus, drainage for the floor surface 3 can be favorably secured. Further, the rear end corner parts D1, D3 can be set to be horizontal, so that in the space to the interior side floor surface 9 connected to the floor surface 3 of the balcony, a step can be eliminated, a step can be made smaller, or uniform step can be formed in the direction of a frontage. |
