PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lockup clutch device capable of miniaturizing the whole device, by setting a dimension in the radial direction small, while maintaining holding strength of a driven side clutch plate in a gear hub.SOLUTION: This lockup clutch device 10 includes a clutch piston 11, the gear hub 12, a plate-like member 13 and an output member 14. The gear hub 12 forms a spline constituted by continuing a recess-projection shape along the outer peripheral edge to be held by fitting a driven side clutch plate 15, and forms a projection shape P having a width wider than the other in a predetermined part for constituting the spline, and forms a rivet 16 as a fastening means for fastening the gear hub 12 and the plate-like member 13 being the other member rotatable together with the gear hub, on the inner diameter side of the projection shape P of the predetermined part. |
