PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a liquid level detecting device for maintaining high detection precision.SOLUTION: A fuel level gage 100 includes: a housing 20 fixed to a fuel tank 90; and a circuit part 40 including a magnetoelectric transducer 42, a capacitor 44, and terminals 41a-41c and embedded into the housing 20 and is manufactured by the method for detecting height of a liquid level. In a first forming process, the terminals 41a-41c are covered with a molding material of the housing 20, and a wall part 27 is formed. The wall part 27 is positioned between a gate 86 provided in a second mold 84 and a capacitor 44 in a second forming process for covering the capacitor 44 after a connection process of connecting the capacitor 44 to the terminals 41a-41c, thus preventing a flow of the molding material from the gate 86 to the capacitor 44. |
