PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiating sheet for efficiently radiating heat generated by electronic components such as an LED, and an electronic apparatus utilizing this heat radiating sheet.SOLUTION: The heat radiating sheet 5 is formed of an organic material containing an inorganic material. The organic material is characterized by having a Martens' hardness of 0.01-0.60 N/mm, a creep rate of 0.5-20.0%, and an elastic modulus of 5.0-30.0% and in the addition of an inorganic material to the organic material in a rate of 10-80 wt.%. In a lighting apparatus 1, a heat radiating sheet 5 is provided between a circuit board 4 mounted with an LED chip 2 and a casing 6. |
