PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform effective advertisement distribution for an advertisement provider.SOLUTION: An advertisement distribution server 20 constituting the advertisement distributing system 1 requests user information concerning at least one of an attribute, a taste and an environment of a user to a navigation terminal 10 according to radio access from the navigation terminal 10. The navigation terminal 10 makes the user to input the user information according to the request, and transmits the user information to the advertisement distribution server 20. The advertisement distribution server 20 distributes advertisement information conforming to the user information to the navigation terminal 10. The navigation terminal 10 indicates the advertisement information. The navigation terminal 10 also receives operation for using the navigation function from the user when the user information is inputted.
