PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover a radio transmission function in a short time even if a plurality of batteries connected in parallel are exchanged by any procedure.SOLUTION: A radio transmission apparatus includes: a battery voltage measuring unit 31 for measuring battery voltages Vof batteries connected in parallel; a comparing unit 33 for comparing the battery voltage Vwith a first threshold Vand a second threshold V(V>V); a time counting unit 35 for counting a first time when the battery voltage Vis higher than the second threshold V, and counting a shorter second time when the battery voltage Vis lower than or equal to the second threshold V; a battery voltage monitor unit 36 for controlling the battery voltage measuring unit 31 and the comparing unit 33 each the first time or the second time passes to compare the battery voltage Vwith the first threshold Vor the second threshold V; a radio signal transmitting unit 25 for transmitting a predetermined signal in accordance with a detection result of the sensor unit 11 when the battery voltage Vis higher than the second threshold V; and a caution output unit 28 for outputting a caution when the battery voltage Vis lower than or equal to the first threshold Vand higher than the second threshold V. |
