PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an separable composite sheet material manufactured under a simple production process which can be easily sorted into paper and resin for disposal, and its manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: A cushioning sheet material is formed that is made of a thermoplastic resin material having a large number of bubbles therein, while, on the reverse surface of a piece of paper sheet, thermoplastic resin material of the same quality as the cushioning sheet adheres to be evenly spread thereon, so that a composite sheet base material with thermoplastic resin film layer being integrally covered thereon is formed. This composite sheet base material is at least put in a state of bearing heat while the thermoplastic resin film layer of the reverse surface is fusion-bonded so that it is integrally laminated with the cushioning sheet material, thus technical means is employed such that it constitutes the paper sheet only to be easily peeled off from the interface of the paper sheet in the laminated sheet thus manufactured. |
