PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing reclaimed pulp by which the disaggregation treatment of a waste paper having a size not smaller than a prescribed value can efficiently be carried out, and to provide an apparatus for the reclaiming treatment of the waste paper, equipped with the apparatus fur producing the reclaimed pulp.SOLUTION: The apparatus K for producing the reclaimed pulp includes a waste paper raw material-feeding part 9 and a controlling part. A coarse paper-feeding part 11 for feeding a coarse paper 66 of the waste paper raw material 6 having the size not smaller than a prescribed value, and a shredded paper-feeding part 12 for feeding the shredded paper 67 of the waste paper raw material 6 having a size smaller than the prescribed value are installed in the waste paper raw material-feeding part 9. The controlling part is constituted so that when the coarse paper 66 is fed to a stirring vessel 181 from the coarse paper-feeding part 11, the time required for increasing the number of rotations of a stirring blade 184 to a prescribed number of rotations may be elongated compared to the case in which the shredded paper 67 is fed from the shredded paper-feeding part 12. |
