PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas wiping apparatus of a hot-dip metal-coated steel strip, in which generation of splashes can be stably reduced.SOLUTION: The gas wiping apparatus of the hot-dip metal-coated steel strip, which is used for blowing a gas against the surface of the steel strip (11) that is continuously pulled up from a molten metal plating bath, from gas wiping nozzles (12) to control the coating weight of plating on the surface of the steel strip, includes a flow straightening body (14) which is arranged in a collision position of a jet flow of the gas jetted from each of the gas wiping nozzles (12) which are arranged on both sides of the steel strip (11), or in the vicinity of the collision position, near the edge of the steel strip. |
