摘要	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning blade and an image forming apparatus that can suppress vibration of the cleaning blade and suppress generation of stripes to an image.SOLUTION: The cleaning blade 250 includes: a holder 251 which is mounted to a frame 211; and a blade part 221 fixed to the holder 251; wherein an edge 221c of the blade part 221 contacts a photoreceptor 210 to remove the residual of a developing material on the surface of the photoreceptor 210. The holder 251 includes: a fixing part 253 which projects the blade part 221 from its one side edge 253a to the side of the photoreceptor 210 to be fixed; and a mounting part 255 which mounts the holder 251 to the frame 211 on both sides of the fixing part 253. The end on the side of the photoreceptor 210 of the mounting part 255 includes a mounting hole 255a through which a screw 252, for mounting the mounting part 255 to the frame 211, is made to pass.
