PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soluble polyimide resin composition which is liquid at room temperature and useful for the formation of a polyimide resin cured product having a high glass transition temperature.SOLUTION: The soluble polyimide resin composition which is liquid at room temperature contains a polyimide resin component and a hydrolyzate which is formed by hydrolyzing an organoalkoxysilane compound having a glycidyl group and a hydrolyzing alkoxy silane group in a molecule, and the weight of the hydrolyzate contained in the polyimide resin composition is made greater than the weight of the polyimide resin component. It is preferable to make the weight ratio of the organoalkoxy silane compound to the polyimide resin to be blended into its hydrolyzate in the range of 1.1-10 times. |
