The coupler has a flexible metal tube (30) provided with annular end surfaces (33, 34), and an adhesive provided between an inner side (11) of an active element (10) and one of the annular surfaces of the flexible metal tube. Another adhesive is provided between an inner side (21) of a passive element (20) and other annular surface of the tube. Annular grooves (111, 211) are respectively defined at the inner sides of the active and passive elements. The flexible metal tube is firmly connected with the respective active and passive elements after the former adhesive is cured.
