PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction cooking device capable of restoring power rapidly, even when an operation in which a heating object is detached from a top plate by pan shaking or the like is made.SOLUTION: A control unit 8, when detecting that a heating object 2 is detached from a top plate 3 during drive of a heating coil 4 based on a detection information of a weight detector 11, checks whether the amount of output drop of an infrared detector 10 at this time is less than a prescribed amount, and if it is less than the prescribed amount, determines that it is in the pan shaking operation, and stops output of an inverter 5, or lowers the output of the inverter; and when detecting that the heating object 2 is mounted again on the top plate, has a pan-shaking detection function to restore the output of the inverter 5. |
