PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a message in a different state according to the level of the message, to draw attention from a user, to enable the user to easily recognize the message, and to surely transmit information.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus is provided with: an input part to receive an operation input; a storage part to store each of messages while classifying those messages based on a plurality of levels; and a display part equipped with a message display area for displaying the state or picture of the apparatus, and displaying the message stored in the storage part, and to display the message on the message display area in a state different in level according to the level of the message, and to display the message with a change as the level of the message becomes higher. |
