PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator operating system for efficiently operating an elevator to quickly avoid the jam-up of an elevator hall when jammed up on a certain floor.SOLUTION: The elevator hall on each floor is provided with an operation panel 11 having a car call button to be operated for calling a car 2, and a human sensor 13 for detecting the existence of passengers waiting for the car on the elevator hall. A control panel 6 for controlling a hoisting machine 5 to drive the car 2 determines an elapsed time T from operating a car call to operating the next car call on the elevator hall when the car call is operated on any elevator hall, determines the existence of passengers waiting for the car on the elevator hall in accordance with the detection of the human sensor 13 when the time T is a predetermined time or shorter, and controls the car 2 to be moved to the elevator halls in priority to other floors when the passengers waiting for the car exist. |
