PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved manufacturing method for the cured molding of a resin composition containing a curable resin which prevents the occurrence of failures such as cracking and discoloration.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the cured composite of a composite (4) comprising a high thermal conductivity member (1), a low thermal conductivity layer (2) on the high thermal conductivity member (1), and a resin composition layer (3) containing at least one curable resin on the low thermal conductivity layer (2) includes a molding process for molding the composite (4) in a prescribed shape, a curing reaction starting process in which energy from an energy source (5) is given to the resin composition layer (3) of the composite to start the curing reaction of the curable resin to generate reaction heat, and a curing reaction process for optionally advancing the curing reaction by the reaction heat and the energy from the energy source (5). The cured composite manufacturing process and the cured composite by the method are provided. |
