PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic machining device which restrains decrease of machining speed by supplying abrasive grain of which concentration is constant all the time to a machined part of a machined material.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic machining device includes an abrasive grain supplying means 62 for supplying abrasive grain fluid 60 to the upper face of the machined material 58, and an inclination means 20 that inclines a tool 46 and the machined material 58 while keeping the relative position between the tool 46 and the machined material 58. The machined material 58 is machined while the tool 46 and the machined material 58 are inclined by the inclination means 20.
