PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent biased magnetization generated in a transformer arranged on the input side of a power converter without adding specifications for preventing the biased magnetization to a detector or the transformer.SOLUTION: The power converter comprises a main transformer, a power converter connected to the main transformer and converts an AC power supply voltage to a DC voltage, the power inverter, a voltage command generator which generates an output voltage command, and a control device which supplies the output voltage command generated by the voltage command generator to a pulse generator which controls switching elements constituting the power converter to control the output voltage and output frequency of the converter. The control device comprises a phase shift operator which generates a phase shift signal for shifting a phase of an AC output of the power converter, and a shift condition determinator which detects that the output of the converter is in a range of a predetermined frequency. When the shift condition determinator detects that the output of the power converter is in the predetermined range, the control device supplies an output of the phase shift operator to the voltage command generator, and shifts an output phase of the power converter. |
