PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrially useful method for producing an anilide structure-containing glycidyl ether compound, capable of producing the high purity anilide structure-containing glycidyl ether compound in a high efficiency.SOLUTION: The method for producing the anilide structure-containing glycidyl ether compound expressed by general formula in the figure is provided by causing a hydroxy group-containing anilide compound and epichlorohydrin to coexist with an alkali and a quaternary ammonium salt and reacting them.
