PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of consumed transparent toner in an image area to which glossiness is given by the transparent toner and to improve the uniformness of the glossiness in the whole image area.SOLUTION: An image-forming device forms an image on a recording medium by using transparent toner and chromatic toner. In this case, an area, on which the transparent toner is formed, on the recording medium is a part of an image area on which the chromic toner is not formed. Furthermore, the amount of the transparent toner formed on the recording medium is set according to a value which is obtained from a manuscript readout value. |
