PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminated core for forming a small tooth of a rotor core piece and a stator core piece through slit blanking, by extending a magnetic pole piece unit, and increasing the motor torque by reducing sagging of the small tooth.SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing a laminated core, the rotor core piece 15 blanks the outer periphery after blanking a slit S1 for forming the small tooth K1, and the stator core piece 14 blanks a spare slot 29 for forming a magnetic pole piece unit 20; performs coining to the magnetic pole piece unit 20 for extending it to the inside in a radial direction; blanks a finishing slot 30; blanks a slit S2 for forming a small tooth K2 and blanks a slit S3 for making a tip of the magnetic pole piece unit independent; and then blanks the inner periphery of the small tooth K2. |
