PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical adhesive that is used for laminating optical members such as polarizing plate etc. to an adherend, has an antistatic performance of about less than 5×10Ω/SQUARE surface resistivity, has good adhesive power and removability, and light leakage resistance and durability, also has bleeding prevention nature (un-depositing nature) of antistatic agent.SOLUTION: The optical adhesive is obtained by crosslinking of an adhesive forming material comprised of a (meth)acrylate copolymer (A), that has as constitutional units 5-90 mass% of an oxyalkylene group-containing (meth)acrylic monomer (a-1), less than 10 mass% of reactive group-containing (meth)acrylic monomer (a-2), and alkyl(meth)acrylate monomer (a-3), (meth)acrylate copolymer (B) having as constitutional units a reactive group-containing (meth)acrylic monomer, active energy ray curing-type compound (C), and antistatic agent (D), and contains the component (A) and the component (B) in mass ratio of 100:1 to 100:50. |
