An annular projection 108 is formed in the writing utensil shaft cylinder 101, and a corner (opposite surface corner) facing the plate guide is R-chamferred. The writing utensil shaft cylinder 101 is hung by abutment between the annular projection 108 and the corner (opposite surface corner) of the plate guide.
