A pressure releasing section 60, which is prepared by surrounding at least an outer periphery of a designated range and has a fragile section 61 with rigidity lower than the other area of the battery cover 50 and opens a designated range by deformation of the fragile section 61 caused by internal pressure rise, is arranged on an upper surface of the battery cover 50. |
