PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a substrate for entrapping a sugar chain that can immobilize an acidic sugar on the surface thereof and can stably entrap the acidic sugar only on the surface thereof by suppressing nonspecific adsorption of a substance other than the entrapped acidic sugar.SOLUTION: The substrate for immobilizing an acidic sugar is prepared by forming on one surface thereof a resin layer made of a copolymer of a monomer having a hydrophilic group, a monomer having a functional group capable of entrapping the acidic sugar, and a monomer having a hydrophobic cyclic alkyl group. |
