The cell (1) has front contacts formed at a sunny side for dissipating generated current by using contact fingers (2), and a bus bar formed at the sunny side, where the cell is made from semiconductor i.e. silicon. The bus bar is designed as a conductor-bus bar (9) and connected with the contact fingers in a mechanical and electrically-conducting manner. A busbar-seed layer is connected with a contact-finger seed layer in an electrically-conducting manner. The contact-finger seed layer is connected with the busbar through electroplating and through raster burn in a conductive paste.
