The device has a rotatably driven cleaning roller i.e. round brush, provided in a rear carriage (4) of a driving wagon (2) and engaged into U-shaped bus bars (7) that are secured at a double T-shaped running rail (1), where a rotational axis of the bus bars run parallel to a bar (1a) of the rail. The brush comprises a series of individual bristle packets, where diameter of an individual bristle lies between 0.3-0.5 mm. The roller rotates in a movement direction (16) of the wagon during intervention of the roller into the bus bars.
