The invention relates to a machine for three-dimensional profiling of racks to be used in any industrial accuracy mechanism or construction. According to the invention, the machine comprises a support-frame (A) made of some legs (1) on which there is mounted a welded framework (2) fixed on said legs (1) by some screws (3), on the framework (2) there being mounted some rolling bars (4) on which a rack (6) is fixed by some screws (5), as well as a profiling drum (B) consisting of a welded drum (8) mounted between two casings (9 and 10) by means of some bearings (11), which are axially limited by some caps (13 and 14) fastened by some screws (15) and some spacing rods (16) fixed by some nuts (17), a driving mechanism (C) comprising some electric motors (37 and 38) and reducing gears (39 and 40), a pressing mechanism (D) comprising a welded framework (62) mounted on the framework (2) by means of some screws (63), a hydraulic equipment (E), an electric equipment (F) and an automation and measuring equipment (G). |
