<p>The present invention describes a process for treating the material recycled from tetra pack wastes previously used in games, milk and soft drinks, which are subjected to a process and chemical and mechanical procedures for obtaining a compacted product like a hard board with different densities, thicknesses and finishes. The purpose of the invention is to provide a process for the manufacture of a board from a recycled material, which is different from those currently available on the market, since it has a novel construction and the characteristic of using tetra pack wastes so as to be recycled and turned into a product that replaces plywood boards; the process uses 100% of the tetra pack wastes, also having the advantage of not requiring a previous process of preparation, separation or wash, where the operation process does not produce pollutants, and the whole remnants of the process and cuts or defective material are recycled in novel manufacturing processes.</p> |
