The device has an input element (E) for providing mechanical energy to the device and for receiving electrical energy from batteries, photovoltaic panels and piezoelectric motors. An electric motor provides rotational movement to a wheel/cylinder, and drives a first toothed wheel. The first toothed wheel drives a second toothed wheel and a third toothed wheel. The third toothed wheel drives a fourth toothed wheel and a fifth toothed wheel. The fifth toothed wheel drives the wheel/cylinder of the motor.
