<p>Disclosed is a process of producing an adjuvanted influenza vaccine composition, said process comprising: (a) preparing at least one influenza virus antigen comprising haemagglutinin, wherein said at least one influenza virus antigen is from at least one influenza virus strain obtained by reverse genetics techniques; and (b) mixing substantially equal volumes of (i) a submicron oil-in-water emulsion adjuvant comprising a squalene and (ii) an aqueous preparation comprising the at least one influenza virus antigen, wherein the vaccine composition comprises less than 30ug hemagglutinin per influenza virus strain per ml.</p> |
