The sleeve has an anchoring part (2) pushed into a recess up to a predetermined depth by using a screw (4). A covering and protecting cap (1) is provided with a conically-running inner contour and preformed by a hammer. A shaft of the anchoring part is fixedly held by an inner wall of a bamboo-beam and/or by a filling mass i.e. adhesive (6), which is applied in an inner hollow cavity formed between the anchoring unit and the protecting cap, where anchoring of a connection bolt into a wall of the beam takes place through tapering of a pipe end with the protecting cap.
