PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a penetration screw casing construction method performed at low construction cost and low maintenance management cost. SOLUTION: In the penetration screw casing construction method, an existing gully is modified into a rainwater penetration gully by forming a shallow hollow in the bottom plate lower side by cutting a bottom plate of the gully with a cutting bit, further digging the shallow hollow by an auger screw to form a deep hollow 64, inserting filtration stones 41 inside the deep hollow 64, pushing a screw casing 3B in the deep hollow 64, and attaching a penetration filter to an opening of the screw casing. In the penetration screw casing construction method, work time necessary for modification into the rainwater penetration gully is short, so that modification cost is low, and penetration property can be maintained over a long period without causing clogging.
