PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve data communication efficiency of the whole system. SOLUTION: A management server 2 transmits display data to each wireless terminal 5, and the wireless terminal 5 having been able to receive the display data returns a response to the management server 2. When the wireless terminal 5 not returning the response is present, the management server 2 resends the display data a plurality of prescribed times until the response is returned. When the response is not returned even to the resending, the management server 2 registers the wireless terminal 5 as an absent terminal. The management server 2 transmits terminal confirmation data when transmitting the display data to the wireless terminal 5 registered as the absent terminal. When the response to the terminal confirmation data is returned from the wireless terminal 5, the management server 2 deletes the wireless terminal 5 from the registration of the absent terminal, restores the wireless terminal 5 into a present terminal state, and transmits the display data. When the response of terminal confirmation data reception is not returned, the management server 2 does not transmit the display data to the wireless terminal 5, and maintains the registration as the absent terminal.
